Who we are

What the enquiry form collects

Your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and your message. We use them to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to quote and carry out the work.

We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone else for marketing.

Where your enquiry goes

When you press Send enquiry, the website sends your details as an email to our inbox, using an email delivery service called Resend. The email is kept in our Microsoft 365 mailbox. The website itself does not keep a copy in a database.

Google Ads

The website carries Google’s advertising tag, which tells us when someone who clicked one of our Google ads goes on to send an enquiry. Google may set cookies to do this. You can manage how Google uses them at adssettings.google.com, and read Google’s own policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Hosting

The website is served by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel records technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and browser, to keep the site running and secure.

Seeing or deleting your details

Send us a message through the enquiry form (or write to admin@millaelectrical.com.au) to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have your enquiry deleted. We will tell you if we need to keep anything, for example the records of work we have carried out for you.
